脊髓肌肉萎縮症慈善基金於 2005 年 9 月 18 日舉行了燒烤及觀鳥活動，在大埔的小白鷺餐廳聚集了病人及其家人，一起慶祝中秋節。 他們參觀了人類民俗館及享用一頓燒烤自助午餐。 大家都很高興，且十分享受是次活動。 The Families of SMA Charitable Trust organized a BBQ & bird-watching outing for our SMA patients and their family members at the Little Egret Restaurant in Tai Po to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival on 18 Sept 2005 . They visited the museum of ethnology and had a BBQ buffet lunch. They were very happy and enjoyed the outing tremendously.
